Privacy Policy

TrainTicket BD is an independent search companion. We do not require you to create an account and we do not collect ticket payments or ask you to enter passenger identity details on this website.

Search details

The departure station, destination, journey date and seat class you enter are used in your browser to prepare a link to the official Bangladesh Railway e-ticket portal. We do not intentionally store these search fields on our server.

Server logs and security

Our hosting provider may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, request time and error logs, for website operation, security and troubleshooting. Hosting and security providers may retain logs according to their own settings and policies.

Links to the official portal

When you continue to eticket.railway.gov.bd, that website’s privacy policy and data practices apply. Any account, passenger or payment information you provide there is handled under the official portal’s policies, not this website’s.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page if the website or its data practices change. Please review this page periodically for the current version.
